We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

SECURITY POLICY

Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

REFUND POLICY

We guarantee the quality and workmanship of all of our products. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please call our Customer Service number at 763-560-6060. We will work to make it right for you!

Shipping Policy/Delivery Policy

ALL of our products at Lisa Nelson Designs are hand-stamped and custom-designed just for you, when your order is placed. It is our goal to have all products shipped within 2 weeks of the date you place your order. However, depending on the volume of orders placed (typically, Mother’s Day and Christmas season), we may find it necessary to extend that shipping date. We will notify customers via our website and social media pages if our shipping dates are extended.

We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. Sorry but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:

Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. Federal Express and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

If you require express or 2 day shipping, please call us at 763-560-6060 for charges.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS:

All shipping, handling and sales taxes will be clearly stated on the appropriate line of your invoice prior to processing of your sale.
